Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At American Seair Imports, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect product integrity, safety, and quality.


Returns — Limited Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges except under the limited conditions outlined below.

A return may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the shipment date

  • The item is completely unused

  • The product is unopened, with all seals intact

  • The item is returned in original packaging, in new, resalable condition

  • The product shows no signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or tampering

Any item that does not meet all of the above conditions will be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals or altered packaging

  • Gift cards (physical or digital)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Any product returned after 30 days

  • Items not purchased directly from American Seair Imports


Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request at our sole discretion.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or discarded.


Inspection & Rejected Returns

All approved returns are inspected upon receipt.

If a returned item is found to be:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Damaged

  • Tampered with

  • Missing original packaging

The return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

For rejected returns, the customer may choose one of the following options within 14 days of notification:

  1. The item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

  2. The item will be recycled or disposed of

If no option is selected within 14 days, the item will be recycled.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued only after inspection

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 8 business days after approval

  • Original shipping fees and priority shipping charges are non-refundable

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.


Abuse & Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns from customers who abuse the return policy

  • Limit or deny service at our discretion

  • Cancel orders suspected of misuse, fraud, or resale


Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with American Seair Imports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy and all related terms.


Availability & Shipping

Inventory availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or fulfillment limitations. Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.


Limitation of Liability

American Seair Imports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; applicable laws will apply accordingly.
